Wild Alaska pollock is the largest fishery in Alaska and one of the largest fisheries in the world. A member of the cod family, it shares a number of its popular characteristics, but with a more delicate flake, milder flavor and leaner texture. This abundant fish is extremely versatile and is often found in fish sticks, fish sandwiches and value-added seafood meals.
