As a leading producer of premium wild Alaska salmon, OBI Seafoods is also a top producer of Alaska salmon roe. We sell salmon roe in two major product forms: green roe in the skein for further processing, and ikura or caviar, individual eggs that are cured with salt. High grade roes offer excellent color, a rich taste, and a satisfying “pop” in the mouth. Lower grades provide great flavor and nutrition as valued ingredients.
