BOLD RED COLOR. REMARKABLE FLAVOR.
Wild Alaska sockeye salmon is the second only to pink salmon as the most abundant salmon species in Alaska. Bristol Bay in remote western Alaska is known for the biggest sockeye runs in the world, but the fish is also harvested near all our plant locations throughout the state. Also known as red salmon, sockeye is prized all over the world for its vivid red color which it maintains even after cooking for stunning plate presentations
